Slowing down or stopping time is a power some may never experience. This powerful manipulation of time can be captured and analyzed to further investigate the interconnectedness of every organism that is weaving in and out of our worldly past and present time construct

Through photography I am able to better understand these temporary symbolisms that appear in my immediate life and what I'm experiencing around me. I'm speaking as these as transient symbolisms of my life, but nonetheless as intimate to me and important. While I am also interested in the idea of time and moments being fragile or transitory, photographic transfers have also become a large part of my work. By capturing a photograph and transferring it onto something else, being careful not to break it, it becomes to me more about love and affection than just simply watching a machine print off ink and paper. This is also why I enjoy the entire process of film photography. Putting more effort and hands-on love into my craft helps me to in the end create a work of art that is more meaningful and beautiful- my goal is make the viewer feel, and remember.
